COWRIE SEASHELL PENDANT WITH ART DECO DESIGN 14K YELLOW GOLD OVERLAY PLUS 14K CHAIN

Nice thick artist designed vintage shell jewelry. This is a cowrie seashell to which an Art Nouveau Deco style rose, leaf and stem design has been overlaid onto. This is done in 14K yellow gold which was also applied to the borders and rims of the shell. The vintage chain is also 14K. It is a beautiful serpentine chain which measures 15~1/2" long. The shell pendant is not too big or small, it's just right for the length of the necklace. It measures approx 1" thick on the domed portion, 2" long, and 1 1/8" wide. There is no damage to it anywhere, no chips, no cracks, it is ready to wear. A really nice and unusual addition to your fine jewelry or shell jewelry collection.
