VTG WIDE GOLD BRACELET by MONET~HEAVY OPEN WORK DESIGN~LIGHT BRIGHT GOLD FINISH
Very nice vintage gold bracelet by Monet from the 1960's era. This one is excellent quality featuring a thick heavy open work metal design in a light bright gold plated finish on the front and a brushed gold finish back. It has a very contemporary look with a classic design which will always be in style. It is constructed with two main pieces of metal which fit over the wrist closing firmly with a fold over clasp. It is stamped Monet on the clasp and also on the inside of the bracelet. As with most bracelets from the 1960's era it is made for a small wrist. Oval in shape the inside opening dimensions measure 2~3/8" x 2~1/8" and it is 1" wide at the top area then graduating down in width to 3/4" wide at the clasp. I have a 6~1/2" wrist and it fits me just right so all of you ladies who have a hard time finding small sized bracelets this one will work for you. In excellent vintage condition this one is quite terrific!
