RARE ART DECO RHINESTONE DUETTE DRESS CLIP~STYLIZED CICADA DESIGN

Gorgeous art deco double dress clip from the 1920's-30's era. This looks like a stylized cicada, the small clip being the head and the larger clip being the wings. It is 2 dress clips in one piece where you can wear the small top piece alone or utilize the bigger clip to wear as one big piece of jewelry. The photos show how this works, very cool! It is made of a hard silver metal which has a gold finish, but not a bright gold, it's a beautiful mellow antique gold color. Covered in brilliant clear rhinestones this clip is a rare item which would be terrific to add to any period deco jewelry collection. In excellent vintage condition it measures 2~1/4" long x 1~1/8" wide.
