Beautiful necklace and bracelet set by Monet. The quality is exceptional here! The metal work features gold beading on a deeply textured embossed design which resembles snakeskin. Smooth brushed gold is used in between the textured areas making a wonderful contrast between the two applications. The variety of shapes in the very large links seen in the bracelet are fabulous. They graduate down in size starting with a giant oval link in the center and finishing with stylized pyramid shaped links at the ends. All of the bracelet links are open in the center and dome up slightly which allows the bracelet to lie beautifully on the wrist. The clasp is a fold over style which snaps down tightly and is very secure. The necklace shows matching metal work in two very large links which are attached to a big double link chain. It is also quite heavy, the workmanship and design is fabulous. The bracelet measures approx. 7~1/4" long and is just under 1~1/2" wide at the center. It is stamped Monet on the inside of the center link as well as on the back of the clasp. The necklace measures an adjustable 19" total length. It is stamped Monet on the back of each textured link and also on the inside of the shephard's hook clasp. One of the best sets I've seen from Monet. Nice!
