ART DECO CZECH NECKLACE~BIG PURPLE STONE~SILVER FILIGREE SETTING~CRYSTAL BEADS
Beautiful Art Deco Era necklace. This piece features light amethyst purple (short) bicone faceted crystal or glass beads for the necklace. Dropping down from the center of the necklace is a round faceted connector bead followed with a big faceted purple marquise stone which is prong set into a fine silver rhodium plated filigree setting. This is an excellent period piece which will make a terrific addition to your vintage art deco jewelry collection as well as a lovely and elegant necklace to wear. The necklace is in excellent vintage condition with only the tiniest of nicks or fleabites on the large stone which are seen only under magnification. It measures 16" long, the centerpiece drops down 2" in length and it is all strung on a fine ( yet strong) silver chain connected to an oval box style clasp which has a purple stone set into it and is stamped Czechoslovakia on the back.
