VINTAGE MOP SHELL SEASHELL & GLASS BEADS NECKLACE~5 STRANDS~PINK~BLUE
Fun and kicky, this is a fabulous vintage glass and mother of pearl beaded necklace from the 1940's era. The glass beads look like bubble gumballs which are aqua blue with pink speckles in them. Added to these are pink and blue dyed mother of pearl bead chips with tiny clear beads in between. Lots of intricate work in this piece. And with 5 gradueted strands, it really pops! Looks good enough to eat, lol! I've had these wonderful necklaces before but never in these colors. Another unique feature to this necklace are the carved mop ends which attach the strands together, very cool. This would be a terrific necklace to add to your shell or glass bead collection, but even better... wear it to the beach! Or wherever! (The beach is way far from my place) This wonderful necklace measures an adjustable 16" total length. It can easily be lengthened if need be. The silver clasp is stamped japan and it is in excellent vintage condition.
