CELLULOID & PLASTIC PIN BROOCH~1930's-40's RARE SPORTS THEME
Here's a neat pin for all of you football fans. 1930's-40's celluloid brooch featuring a football and helmet which dangle from a green celluloid bar. The word CENTRAL is stamped on this bar which I assume would be Central High, which fits into a large area of schools across the country.This pin is in excellent vintage condition. The colors of both helmet and football are wonderful with no fading or dulling. The strings from which these dangle from are also in excellent shape. I would not be afraid to wear this pin as it has held up very nicely over time. This piece is fun as well as unique, ready for that football fan to scoop it it up! Measures 1~1/8" long x 1~1/4" wide.
