THE BEST 1960'S MOD FLOWER POWER PIN EVER~ENAMELED BEES & BLOOMS~PLASTIC FLOWERS

Unique and rare this is a super cool 1960's mod flower power brooch. It is large measuring a very nice 4~1/4" tall by 2~1/4" wide. So...where do I begin here? I'll start with the large enamel metal flower petals which are enameled in a smooth creamy color. Attached to the flower petals are enameled metal flowers, pastel plastic or lucite flowers and 2 bees. The centers of the plastic flowers are set with multi-faceted flat back rhinestones. In the very center of the pin there is another metal enameled flower, hot pink, which has a tiny pearl cabochon set in the center of it. This center flower is set a bit higher than the plastic ones. And because of their larger size and molded 3-D design the plastic flowers are raised up a bit from the enameled metal ones. All of this makes the pin quite dimensional. I've been in business 25 years and I have never seen anything that even compares to this flower pin. It's like a flower from Alice in Wonderland, lol! The stem is plated gold tone base metal and the condition is excellent vintage. A fun whimsical piece that is sure to be a welcome addition to any vintage jewelry collection but especially the 60's mod flower power one.
