VTG 60's TRIFARI GOLD FLOWER PIN~POPPY or STYLIZED PANSY~3-DIMENSIONAL DESIGN
Beautiful vintage brooch by Trifari from the 1960's era. This one is stamped Trifari and has the crown over T mark along with the copyright symbol which was first used by Trifari in 1955. This piece is a figural, a beautifully designed flower which is finely detailed, extremely 3 dimensional with excellent body and form. It looks like a pansy but also could be a poppy, but not identical to either bloom. Of course it looks and feels like real gold which is what makes the vintage 50's-60's Trifari pieces pieces so sought after today. The quality is so good that you could wear these with your genuine gold jewelry and they look as good as the real thing. The construction here is wonderful. The weight is nice and heavy and the gold plated metal is beautiful in a brushed finish. In excellent vintage condition this brooch measures 2~1/8" long x 1~5/8" across. Sweet!
