Freirich-1900-1990, Excellent quality all hand made jewelry, began marketing their jewelry in the 1960's, closed in the 1990's.
Big and substantial this gold grape cluster brooch is signed Freirich. From the 1960's era it's truly a a rare example from this designer as it's extra large, quite heavy, and very 3 dimensional. It is beautifully gold plated, the finish looks like 18K gold. Filigree beads depict the grapes which are tucked inside and on top of finely detailed grape leaves. The pin is in excellent vintage condition measuring 3~1/4" long x 2~1/2" across and standing 1~1/8" high. An unusual piece from Freirich to be sure.
