VTG BOUCHER GOLD PIN~3-D STAR DESIGN~HIGHLY TEXTURED METAL with GENUINE PEARL
Very modern and stylized this brooch by Boucher is from the 1950's-60's era. Made to look like fine jewelry it is a very dimensional star featuring highly textured brushed gold plated metal and a genuine pearl in the center. The "beams" are slender and elongated, coming to a sharp point at the ends and arranged so the pin is very 3 D showing wonderful body and form. It is signed Boucher on the back with a copyright symbol. This stamp was used starting in 1955. It is also stamped with the design # 9041P which dates to the 60's. These numbers are approximate as designs may have been created and assigned a number but not produced until a later time. In excellent vintage condition this pin measures approx. 2~3/8" in diameter.
