RARE VTG DIAMOND PATTERN BAKELITE BRACELET~DARK BROWN WITH GLOSSY COAT

Beautiful vintage bakelite bracelet from the 1940's era. This on is a rare find, I've only had one once before which I sold at an antique show years ago. Classic bangle with a beautiful diamond pattern all over, dyed a deep rich black brown color, really cool! The color of the bakelite beneath the brown shows just a tiny bit, a very faint caramel shade which enhances the wonderful diamond pattern. You can see the pattern has been hand cut and polished as each shape varies just a bit. It is very hard to test this piece with simichrome as it has a coating but it is indeed bakelite. It is in excellent vintage condition, the color uniformly rich and dark all over and the coating is has a beautiful gloss to it still. There are no major scratches on this piece, only a few faint scratches which are seen only if scrutinizing it very closely across certain light, or under magnification. This does not effect the color or beauty of this bracelet in any way. The inside opening measures 2~5/8" in diameter and it is 7/8" wide but does look wider as it curves out approx. 3/8" at the center width.
