Okay then, yes, it's a wild thing, but what a fab piece to wear through the Spring Summer months! Especially for the gal who has no fear! Looks fabulous on the right body type, believe me it's not for everyone, lol! But on the right person it rocks! The plastic rings are 1960's bracelets that I wanted to do something with... so I did. Dangling from vintage silver plated links (originally a single strand chain) I mixed it up a bit to make a bib necklace. Summer colors of pink, neon yellow, white, orange, it pops! Another circular component is the smaller focal center metal ring which features green, purple,orange, hot pink, and and black colors.
