ABSTRACT DESIGN
SIGNED ON THE REVERSE WITH THE TRIFARI SCRIPT SIGNATURE. WHILE IT DOES NOT CARRY THE KUNIO MATSUMOTO SIGNATURE, OTHER PIECES IN THIS DESIGN LIKELY CARRY HIS MARK. THIS WAS NOT UNUSUAL FOR TRIFARI, WHICH SOMETIMES LEFT OFF HIS SIGNATURE ON PIECES OF A COLLECTION IF IT PROVED DIFFICULT GIVEN THE PIECE DESIGN TO DO SO.
Elegant in hammered gold metal with a sleek serpentine chain this design is dimensional and striking. Front side clasp. Articulated, modernistic design and construction as well as KM clasp / closure design. High quality typical of KM designs. Stamped with a letter and number on every piece incorporated in the design.
Stamped as follows:
Large center component - Trifari in script with the letter N below it
Largest crescent moon shape - N 1, second largest - N 2. third largest- N 3, smallest - N 4
Measures 15" long with a side / front hook clasp closure
Longest measurement - 1~3/4"
Very good - excellent condition, there are no issues to note.
